At Sumaura Park, please wait inside the park area so as not to disturb the general public.
Gathering or loitering in front of ticket gates or around the station area before or after the start/finish is strictly prohibited.
Please be considerate of general hikers and other trail users at all times.
When passing others on the trail, uphill traffic has priority.
Stop or slow down, and always yield the trail before proceeding.
Using bells or making loud noises late at night is prohibited.
Between Kikuseidai and Rokko Mountain Elementary School, traffic volume is high.
Do not cross roads except at designated crosswalks.
When running on roads without sidewalks, do not spread out and keep to the left side of the road.
Due to frequent complaints about trash and plastic bottles around vending machines:
Take all of your trash home with you.
Do not leave PET bottles purchased from vending machines behind.
Please do not leave trash at convenience stores or local shops.
To reduce waste at aid stations, bring your own cup.
When using convenience stores or local shops,
please refrain from shouting or behaving in a way that may cause discomfort to others.
At Cannonball Run, we kindly ask for voluntary donations (tips) at aid stations.
Donations are not mandatory, but if you feel
“that helped,” “that was delicious,” or simply “thank you,”
we would appreciate you leaving a small token of your gratitude.
The event uses a self-goal system. Participants must report their own finish.
A portion of the entry fees will be donated to organizations engaged in social relief activities.
Participants are covered by accident insurance with the following benefits:
Death or permanent disability: ?2,000,000
Hospitalization: ?3,000 per day
Outpatient treatment: ?2,000 per day
Please understand and agree that entry lists, photos, and videos taken during the event may be published.
If you are unable to participate, substitute runners are allowed.

The Night Speed goal closes at 8:00 AM on March 29.
TEAM category participants must finish together. Separate finishes are not permitted.
To help return lost items smoothly, please write your name and contact information on lights, poles, cups, wallets, etc.
The number and location of aid stations change every year.
Please be prepared to proceed even if there are no aid stations, and carry sufficient gear and food.

Registration at Sumaura Park will take place inside the park south of the ticket gates to avoid congestion.
Do not climb Mt. Takatori. Please follow the designated detour route.
Cannonball Run T-shirts will be available for purchase (link will open once ready).
Please submit your finish time report via the designated link.
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation due to preparation costs.
There will be no course markings, guidance, or safety management provided.
All preparation and risk management are the responsibility of each participant.
In past events, some participants have lacked sufficient fitness or essential equipment
(such as maps, lights, or food), resulting in serious issues such as being unable to continue or borrowing gear from others.
The Rokko Traverse is a challenging route even for experienced runners.
Please ensure you are fully prepared before participating.
For this event, participants must avoid climbing Mt. Takatori
and instead use the paved detour route (Nagata?Minatogawa Line → Shioya?Maruyama Line).
Either detour route (marked in red) may be used.
Stay on sidewalks and do not step into the roadway (except for bicycles).
There are three Lawson convenience stores along the detour route.
Cannonball Run is a grassroots race.
There is no professional medical team on standby.
Each participant is responsible for planning within their own limits and managing risks independently.
Please participate safely and make sure you return from the mountains alive and unharmed.
Please report your finish time by scanning the QR code displayed on Robo-Jiro with your smartphone,
then enter and submit the required information.
For out-and-back courses, please enter your total time
(rest time at the turnaround point should be excluded).
For TEAM, GAY, BUDDY, and STH categories, the team representative should submit the report.
If you did not finish, please check DNF (Did Not Finish).

The Takarazuka goal will close at 7:00 PM on March 29.
For Night Speed, the Takarazuka goal will remain open until 8:00 AM on March 29,
when the Speed race begins.
Cannonball Run is famously “blessed” with extreme weather.
In many past events, participants have faced heavy rain, snowstorms, thunderstorms, and dense fog.
Please prepare and carry adequate gear for severe conditions based on your own judgment.
(Except for Momo-chan.)
You will pass through residential areas late at night, so please move quietly.
At night, please use a red rear light so others can see you from behind.
Bells and similar noise-making devices at night are prohibited.
You may turn around at any time.
You do not need to wait for the Speed category start.
There is no baggage storage at Cannonball Run.
Carrying everything you need on your back is part of the Cannonball Run style.
If you have items you cannot carry, please use coin lockers at train stations.
Please note that coin lockers at Suma Station are limited,
so we recommend using lockers at other stations in advance.
Due to event preparation costs, cancellations received by Friday, February 10, 2026
will be eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee.
(Bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant.)
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after February 21, 2026.
If you are unable to participate, substitute runners are allowed
(e.g. transferring your entry to a friend).
In that case, please contact us in advance with the substitute runner’s
full name, address, and contact information.
